Welcome to My Pets Mania! We are here to make sure you have the best possible shopping experience with us. That’s why we have a friendly and comprehensive refund policy to make sure that you and your furry friends are completely satisfied with our products and services.

At My Pets Mania, we understand that not all products or services will fit your needs or those of your pet. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that item must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories. Gift cards cannot be refunded.

When returning a product, please note that we do have a restocking fee of 10%. This fee will be deducted from your total refund. This fee is necessary to help us pay for the necessary costs associated with returned items such as shipping, handling, and restocking.
